After cleansing in the morning and evening, massage 6 drops of Hydr8 B5 Intense into the face, neck and décolletage.

Leave to absorb before applying moisturiser.

H.E.O. Mask:
Apply as the last step of your evening skincare routine, after Hydr8 B5 Intense.

Smooth Step 1 of H.E.O. Mask over the face, neck and décolletage - avoiding the eye area.

Allow to absorb for a few minutes, then gently massage Step 2 of H.E.O. Mask into the same areas.

Leave on overnight. Apply 2-3 times a week or as required.

Organic Cotton Headband:
Wash before first usage and as required thereafter on a 40° cycle. Leave to air dry.
